The climate laboratory is a special building, which has the characteristics that the indoor temperature changes at any time with the process requirements, so the conventional steady-state load calculation method and the dynamic load calculation method based on the change of outdoor environment law are not applicable. For a project, according to the process requirements, air supply volume and air supply temperature, applies CFD to simulate the changes of indoor air temperature and envelope temperature. Calculates the heat flux density of envelope at each time by finite element analysis, so as to obtain the calculation method of instantaneous unsteady load. The project designed according to the calculation results of this method has good operation effect and meets the application requirements.
